• Disabled persons upon presentation of the European Disability Card or suitable certification,
• Accompanier of disabled persons,
• Journalists – including foreign ones, tour guides, ICOM members,
• EU tourist interpreters (when their services are required alongside the guide),
• Faculty and students enrolled in the Department of Architecture and Design of the Polytechnic School, the School of Humanities, the Department of Education Sciences of the School of Social Sciences, and the Ligustica Academy,
• Individuals requesting admission for study or research purposes, certified by educational or university institutions, academies, research and cultural institutions (both Italian and foreign), or by Ministry bodies, or for specific and justified needs,
• Groups or school parties from public and private schools in the EU, accompanied by their teachers, upon reservation.

 Only at the Doria Natural History Museum: faculty and students enrolled in the Department of Earth, Environment, and Life Sciences of the School of Mathematical, Physical, and Natural Sciences.
